Your parcel should arrive on or before your selected date. We’ll send you an email when your Cosmopolitan x Pink Parcel is dispatched, so you’ll definitely know when it’s on its way!
WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Nothing! All delivery is included in the price.
CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
You’ll be sent an email from Royal Mail once your parcel is at your local delivery office, so that you can easily track its journey to you.
WILL MY PARCEL BE DISCREET?
Absolutely. We send all our parcels out in envelopes, so you can have it delivered wherever you like!
I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE, HOW DO I DO THIS?
Hey, no worries, we know things can change! You can choose any date between the 1st and 28th of the month for your delivery. Please note (this is the boring bit!) that we take payment 7 days before your delivery date so we’ll try and take payment on whichever new date you select. If your payment fails, this could result in late delivery of your box.
Follow the steps below to change your date:
- Log in to your account here: www.cosmopolitanpinkparcel.com/uk/customer/account/
- Select ‘membership’
- You will see an option for delivery date under 'edit your subscription'. Click this option.
- You will then be redirected to a page with a white box, click the white box.
- A calendar will pop up with some days blocked out that aren’t available (these will be shown with a pink delivery truck) so please pick the next available delivery date or the date closest to your cycle.
- Once you have selected your new delivery date, click 'save selection'.
- You should see your new delivery date reflected on the 'subscription' page.
MY PARCEL IS LATE! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We always try to do our best to ensure your Cosmopolitan x Pink Parcel arrives on, or before your requested delivery date. However, if yours has not arrived, please email us at email@example.com and we'll sort it out ASAP.
CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
Yes! You can log into your account to change your personal details at any time. However, if you change your shipping address, you’ll need to do it 10 days in advance of your delivery date to make sure your Cosmopolitan x Pink Parcel is delivered to the right address.
WHERE DOES COSMOPOLITAN X PINK PARCEL SHIP TO?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK, including Northern Ireland.
MY COSMOPOLITAN X PINK PARCEL HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Unfortunately sometimes parcels do get damaged in transit. Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org including an image of the damage and we'll investigate it for you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL OR PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED?
We hope your parcel and products reach you in perfect condition but if it’s suffered a few bumps, don’t worry we can send you replacements. Simply email email@example.com and we’ll get it sorted.
