  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

    You’ll be charged for your first Cosmopolitan x Pink Parcel when you sign up but from the second month onwards, payment will be taken seven days before your delivery date.

    If we don’t receive payment, we’ll reattempt a few days later but if we’re still unsuccessful, your order for that month will be cancelled.

  • WHEN IS PAYMENT TAKEN FOR MY PREPAID MEMBERSHIP?

    Payment is taken for the pre-paid membership option you have selected upon placing your order. At the end of your plan, your membership will automatically be renewed to our monthly membership plan.

    If you wish to purchase another pre-payment plan for multiple periods, you must notify us that you wish to purchase another prior to the termination of your current pre-payment plan.

  • WHY WAS MY PAYMENT NOT ACCEPTED?

    Most payments fail because of an incorrect billing address or an expired card. If you think this could be the case, please log-in to your account and update your card details.

    Please note: We’ll attempt to take payment a few days after the failed first attempt – if payment is unsuccessful after the second attempt, that month's parcel will be cancelled.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS REFUNDS?

    It usually takes 5-7 working days for the amount to return to your account.

  • WHY WON'T MY PROMO CODE WORK?

    Our voucher codes do have a redeemable time limit, so it’s possible the code has expired. Drop us a note at cosmopolitan@pinkparcel.co.uk and we can always double-check the conditions of the code.

  • I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE - HOW DO I USE?

    Lucky you! If you're a new subscriber, you should see the option to 'apply discount code' at the final checkout page. Simply enter your code and hit 'apply discount'.  

    If you're an existing subscriber, just log in to your account and add the code to the 'redeem discount' section.
