HOW DO I RATE THE PRODUCTS I'VE RECEIVED?
Ten days after your Cosmopolitan x Pink Parcel has arrived, you will receive an email inviting you to rate your favourite products that month via our Cosmopolitan x Pink Panel! You’ll then receive a £5 reward to spend at the Pink Shop on your beauty favourites.
MY PARCEL IS MISSING A PRODUCT! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We really hope this doesn’t ever happen but on the rare occasion it does, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get the product sent to you ASAP.
