  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

    Simply log in to your Cosmopolitan x Pink Parcel account, select ‘subscriptions’ from the menu and choose the ‘cancel’ option.

    Please note: payment is taken 7 days before your delivery date so to ensure that the cancellation takes effect, you must cancel your account at least eight days before your delivery is due.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAUSE MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

    Absolutely! It’s super simple to pop your account on hold.

    Just log into your Cosmopolitan x Pink Parcel account, select subscriptions from the menu and choose the pause option.

    Please note: payment is taken 7 days before your delivery date so to ensure that pausing your subscription takes effect, you must pause your account at least eight days before your delivery date.

  • WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL/PAUSE MY PREPAID MEMBERSHIP?

    Unfortunately, pre-paid plans cannot be paused or cancelled unless they are within the 14 day ‘cooling-off’ period, which is the 14 days immediately following your purchase.

  • CAN I SWITCH PRODUCTS?

    Yes! You can change your preference at any time during your membership. Simply log in to your account and let us know which products you’d like. Please note we will need at least 8 days notice before your next delivery date to make the change before it.

    The beauty products you receive will also change each month, meaning you’ll get a brand new selection of must-haves to try.

  • I'M NOT RECEIVING ANY OF YOUR EMAILS - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Hmm, that’s not what you want! Below are some top tips on how to get it sorted:

    Check the email address you signed up with. All our emails get sent to the email address that is linked to your account.

    Secondly, check your spam/junk folders as unfortunately, the odd email lands there!
